PROJECT: DC42

This is another test machine in a series produced for Dynamic. It is designed to test printed circuit boards. It involved design for a sliding tray, a multitude of test probes and accurate location of all components.

The major prerequisite for these machines are impeccable accuracy in design and manufacture. Tolerances are plus / minus 0.2mm in most cases, especially where test probes are concerned.
