PROJECT: LASER POINTER
When this laser pointer was designed, the current model lecture theatre laser pointer manufactured by client Laserex was 300mm in length and 35mm in diameter. This new design showed a marked reduction in size from the earlier model.
The casing was injection moulded in Poly-carbonate, contained a glass Laser tube, shock absorbing material, Laser electronics, and two 9 volt batteries. Contacts were manufactured on a Multi-slide machine in spring steel.
